I attempted taking photographs at our recent Retreat. Not only did most of my attempts look like I'd been on the gin all day, but no matter how much I tried to level up the vision in my viewfinder, it still came out askew.
I eventually continued snapping away here and there and after my friend Lou commented on my sloping photos (albeit we'd took nearly the same pictures, only hers were at a perfect angle) we decided I had either got one leg shorter than the other or the inner mirrors in my camera were not aligned.
Well Lou, for the record, I've measured my legs and stood in front of a mirror for hours on end and I believe the camera's to blame! LOL
I have since been taking snaps on my mobile phone and with a point and shoot camera and believe that they are level as their going to get. Now all I need to empower is my camera shake. Unfortunately, my mobile and point and shoot camera do not have the same super-duper functions of my wholly inadequate expensive camera and so now all my snaps are dead straight, but totally blurred!
Maybe my decision to choose photography as a hobby will have to go on the back burner, or at least until I purchase a tripod!
